Laura, as an Atlanta native, provides her clients with a valuable perspective and expertise.  She grew up in Atlanta, after graduating from the UGA with BA in Journalism she worked in the marketing department for a larger corporation and written article for the Atlanta France Chamber.

She becomes a Realtor License, and at same time accomplished the Kennesaw State University’s Paralegal Certificate.

This additional qualification has undoubtedly allowed her to provide even better service and support to her clients.

In the community, Laura values involvement becoming a CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocate - a specially trained volunteer appointed by the Court to advocated for the child and parents best interest.

Unfortunately, selling a house "as is" usually entails accepting a lower offer, and buyers may still try to negotiate for further discounts.

My team's ability to take care of additional considerations and suggest ways to clean up, maintain, change, regulate and improve the property is an excellent way to increase its value. By taking care of these simple and small maintenance tasks in-house, at no additional cost to the seller, the property's "as is" condition can be significantly improved. This approach could translate to more offers and more cash for the seller while still saving them time and resources.
